Yet. Also, given that nobody outside of Google will see ChromeOS until later this year, I'd say it's a bit early to say what features it does or doesn't have, even at launch. Personally, I wouldn't be at all surprised to see ChromeOS gain the hardware interaction layers and make its way onto handsets at some point. It's WebOS from Google.
