This isn't kindergarden, and its not a bug report. "This restaurant is terrible" "This hotel sucked" "That software is crap" are all valid comments. If the software is good, those comments will be in the minority. If the software is bad (or badly explained, etc) those comments will be in the majority. Sounds like you are getting a lot of negative comments - maybe you need to put a feedback form up somewhere so the people can tell you why.
