I couldn't say if it is even remotely possible to do it with ms. I haven't used their os in years and from what I remember, networking was not its strong suit. It might require some custom software.
FYI: If you use a usb wifi stick, you may end up creating an ad-hoc network. This guide will help you connect to an ad-hoc: http://modmygphone.com/forums/showthread.php?t=22681 (its fairly simple and may not require all the steps, though it DOES require root). Another option is to simply add a regular wifi access point and a network switch behind your computer. You could also use one of those cheap wireless routers -- disable its DHCP server and connect all wires to the LAN side (leave the WAN side empty).
