FYI, ALSA/OSS/PulseAudio are used as a sort of middleman for handling
audio in linux.  If you are on a linux machine, then you should look
into those.  I think MSWINDEATH was a reference to Microsoft Windows
from someone who is not a fan, I too fall under that category.  I
think in this case a well formatted google search will be of great
help to you.  Otherwise I'd wait, without holding your breath, for a
google engineer to hopefully reply.
