Google Market has already shown the types of ratings and comments from users who go to the effort of finding and downloading an app that may interest them, throwing random apps at them seems like a recepie for mayhem. * Lack of updates. The T&Cs state that 1st round judging could be open until 23rd of October, which means that the app could be nearly 2 months out of date by the time user voting ends, and nearly three before the second round ends.
