I'm also having the same problem. HTC Magic Router Zyxel P-660HW-D1
My HTC Magic connects successfully to my WiFi, it gets an IP address, but no applications can connect to the internet (Browser, Market, Gmail, etc...) I've tried with WEP, WAP, WAP2 and No-Security : no one works! I've even upgrade the firmware of the router with no chance. I'll return the Magic to HTC!
