1) There is no such thing as a "gphone".
2) The battery shipped with all "HTC DREAM"'s is identical (1150 mAh).
If your friend has a larger capacity, then he went out and bought a
bigger battery.
3) Lithium ion batteries take some time to reach full capacity.
4) Have you updated to the latest system image? It is much easier on
the battery than the shipping version.
5) How does your USAGE compare with your "friend"'s? More usage =
lower battery time.
