If a user doesn't take the time to email you, then your chances of actually getting a hold of them are not good. Like I said, take the bug report and move on. If you can't reproduce then you can't! The only thing I would recommend would be the ability to add your own comments in the market like "Can't reproduce this problem". I think you are worrying too much about ONE report / rating. Just keep improving the software and maybe you will find that bug eventually maybe not, but you'll still get new customers as long as you keep moving forward.
