I am not sure about an Android test group, but I've included info on how
some apps provide support. The ratings system and comments is not a good
place for this, but it seems to be common.

I like what Swift does for support.  Swift is a "lean,mean" twitter client.
They have a web page and a google group.
The google group provides support.  http://www.swift-app.com/

My app BFF Photo is for Facebook photos, so I set up a Facebook Page for
support.

Some people ask for help and feedback there, but not as much as I would
like.

Users resort to using the rating to ask questions. If it makes sense, I try
to answer them there or request that they email, but I do not see why the
user would check back.

In another app I developed, DroidDrop, people started using the demo area to
ask questions and make comments. That was actually helpful for feedback.
Drop.io is a service to share files like notes, links, and photos.
DroidDrop is an Android client for drop.io. I included a demo file sharing
area in the app and included some "how-to" notes.  As I said, users started
using the demo area  as a support forum.

Would it make sense to expand the drop.io ideas to be a support forum to be
included in other apps?
That is something I am considering.
