I agree with Mike. I loved the old gui, hate the new. The floating buttons design was much more space efficient, which may cover a small section of the content, but it didn't seem like a big deal. I was just thinking about how I liked it before it updated, then had a "...wtf?" moment. This prompted me to google it, leading me here.
