Weird. Rebooting did not return the home screen to a normal state. I
have icons in a stack on my droid, with the default home screen. If a
move an icon off an icon its stacked on, both resume function. Before
that the top icon on the stack functions.

I am loving this bug thouh, it feels like a feature. Can't actually
be though because of the mishmashed icon over icon look.
