I had this same error just this morning! On my ADP1, running Build 1.6. Never had the problem before, and have only recently (past week) installed one app: some Google navigation/street view function.
When I rebooted, my screens were back to normal. I also notice that since upgrading to 1.6 my screen acts funny- sometimes I try to use the touch screen, and it won't respond to my touch. I have to resort to using the track ball, power off and reboot.
