Our game, AlphaMixr is not showing up on the Droid Eris either.
However, Droid does show both the free and paid versions.
minSdkVersion = 3 (1.5), no targetSdkVersion.

-- what country are you, as the publisher, in? US

-- are you using screenshots or promotional graphics? Yes

-- anything else unusual about your Market listing? No
