Okay thanks for everyone's feedback.
What I found is that GV would dial different numbers from time to time to
make phone calls.
So adding that number to your MyFavs or Verizon's Friends & Family will work
as unlimited calls, but you need to watch out when that number changes.

BTW, Google acquired Gizmo5 so let's hope true VOIP comes to GV soon ;)
