While I agree that this is indeed lousy practice to do, I've seen
several developers do just that, and quite frankly I'm happy they do,
because I can't buy apps on Google Market, but I can on AndAppStore..
But I rarely find the apps first on AndAppStore, mainly due to the way
I tend to browse for new apps, and also because sadly, most developers
still post exclusively to Google Market, until they realize they can't
sell there, or they find out, that many can't buy their non-free
versions, due to the lame restrictions currently in place.

And I have yet to see an application getting removed for it.
