They give some criteria for validation at http://appslib.com/contest/index.html 
but also point out that if you're app doesn't get validated they don't have to 
tell you why so you could be left with no idea as what you need to change to 
get validation.

The page also says that you should get an email within 3 week of getting 
validate to let you know, but "product orders using coupon may receive a second 
level priority for order processing and may thus be somewhat delayed." so don't 
expect to get a discounted A5IT quickly if you are lucky enough to get a coupon.
