"Validated" refers to a flag set on apps as "Archos Approved".
They say, wait approximately three weeks until you application has been submitted, to see if your application is approved. In Appslib, hit the "Archos" button on the top left, and you will see only Archos approved apps. I've also been tracking approved apps on http://library.strazzere.com and post them on twitter. As of yet, no application has been approved since Oct 30th.
