If you're rooted, then you can use "Wifi Tether for Root Users" to share the phone's internet either via Bluetooth or WiFi.
If you use Cyanogenmod >4.2.3 (iirc) then you can use USB tethering as its buit into the OS. Not entirely sure if its all applicable to the Droid, though.
