If you have an Android 1.5 device (Hero, Pulse, Cliq) and the
developer updated to Android 1.6 and specified the minSDK="4", then
that app will disappear for those devices.  Many developers are
updating their apps and taking advantage of new features that are only
available in the newer SDKs.  Contact your carrier and/or phone
manufacturer to have them upgrade your device if this is the case.
