That's a nice answer, but incorrect. I have a 1.6 device (Google ION) and those apps don't show on the market. Perhaps they're 2.0 only but I seriously doubt it since they are essentially relays for a web page and unauthorized at that.
I think that they may have been forced out with a cease and desist letter.
