Not all Sense devices are 1.5. I think the HTC Tattoo (QVGA) is 1.6, and it has Sense. You can also lump in the 1.5 bucket any HTC Dream (G1) and Magic (myTouch3G) devices in markets that lack the 1.6 firmware upgrade, or just haven't applied it. For example, my Google Ion still runs 1.5.
