i would consider the same reasoning here as well. aCar is for android platform, not iPhone, unless appcubby copyrighted/filed a patent for their design/look & feel in the area of mobile apps, which includes Android platform. IANAL but this is similar to which domain(s) your patent covers. but i do think the whole patent system hidders innovation.
oh well, i hate copycats too, hopefully they can resolve the issue w/o invovlement of lawyers.
