If you're not going to follow the well established procedures then you can't 
complain when your ideas don't get taken up.

Seriously though, I may you trying to be ironic, but did you really expect 
everyone including the OHA to change their procedures just because you've 
decided you prefer forums to b.android.com?

Being part of a community means that things aren't always done the way you want 
them. There are things I don't like about the way Android is developed and 
deployed, and I highlight them, but I can accept there may be other factors 
influencing the choice of process that may be necessary for other reasons (e.g. 
to ensure OEM uptake).
