Well, there's a ROM update to v. 2.73.405.5, which should fix the lag
and put the lights back on the buttons and trackball :) And the
forthcoming upgrade to Android 2.1 ... hopefully.
I really don't like Wine, and feel that running VM, with no internet
connection, is a lot safer solution. Plus I only do it once a month
these days, if I need to edit my old CorelDRAW files. However, I'll try
it on a second laptop to see if HTC Sync will work through Wine. Thanks.
