SipDroid to my knowledge only works with a single provider. It also does not offer the capability to be connected to a PBX such as Asterisk. Overall, last time I checked, the UI had, well, room for improvement. Compared to, say what's been available on Symbian for years, the landscape on Android looks rather empty.
