How can you force your app to only be installed through the Android
Market?  Copy-protection can be hacked.  Do you mean android as a
whole should do this?

Personally, I've found many websites that host my app. (wareseeker,
download.cnet, androidfreeware, softpedia, allfreeandroidapps, etc)
Some ask/notify me but still host it without my permission.  Some just
do it outright.

Because it's free and adsupported I actually benefit from these
downloads.  So I really don't mind.  In many ways, if someone took the
time to post it, that is a compliment to the worth of my app...
