When I want to re-arrange application icons into folders in the home
screen, I will need to iterate over almost all the app icons in the
launcher and tap+hold it.
If the launcher does not retain its previous position, for almost
every icon in the launcher, I will need to scroll down and it is not
that fun!
it is like
<pre>
for icon in launcher:
for page_index in range(icon.page_index+1):
scroll_with_thumb()
press_and_hold(icon)
</pre>
The inner for loop is no fun!
