Hi All, i apologize for the convolutions I am asking about; however, after reading what I could find without opening an account, I think my hands are tied due to the following:
I am on the education committee of a organization which includes many teachers. I am pushing it to become a publisher of educational/ informational apps.in our field of expertise. So at this point, i am not authorized to sign up the organization as a publisher. I need to know the following for my presentation to their board of directors: 1) If we open an account as a publisher, how can we let individual authors, who sign up with us, publish a fully developed/finished app from our account without giving them access to or editing abilities to all of our account information? 2) If #1 is not possible, then I assume we would have to take their raw video/audio/written material and develop the complete app ourselves.from their content. Is this correct? We really do not wish to get into the developing. If we did, we would naturally have to ask for a larger % to cover the costs, which is not our objective.
