I think there needs to be a balance. I think the openness of the
Android Market is good, but there does need to be a minimal level of
moderation to eliminate the spam. Its annoying when you publish an
application and it gets pushed down the "Just In" category by a flood
of "Sexy" apps that do nothing except display a couple of up-skirt
photos. Its bad for serious developers and the Android platform in
general.
