The process for reporting DMCA violations on the market is difficult to find, cumbersome and intricate. The process should be simple, transparent and obvious. Companies that find themselves abused by an unscrupulous developer should be able to report the violation in a matter of minutes and have the offending app removed, along with any installations that have occurred with a minimum amount of effort. The process for reporting apps that violate the terms should be equally transparent. There are thousands of apps that blatantly violate the terms and there is nothing anyone can do to have them removed.
