I have had the same thing, I assume it is an Intranet at you know where !

I wish I could tell you, but all I can say is you're not alone. I have
a couple of unpublished apps which are nonetheless still getting
activity on the Market. Mine are free, so I don't get purchases on
Checkout, but the install counts on my Console do still rise
gradually. At first I just assumed that the additional installs were
coming from copies of the APK which had been made before I unpublished
and were still being circulated on some websites somewhere... but
then, I would occasionally still get comments & ratings for them,
which means somebody, somewhere still has access to the Market page
for the app.
Bottom line? Looks like another bug in the craptacular Android Market.
