I'm reluctant to upload a dummy app because that could have negative
consequences for the handful of existing users. Nice idea about increasing
the price, but I've got a loyal following (with my other apps) and don't
want to do stuff that may look a bit dodgy.

For the moment, I'll just put something in the description saying the app is
no longer available...
