Hi, I am distributing an app outside of the market, directly from my website.
A Samsung Captivate user reported that he couldn't install it, and that he had no Settings/Applications/Unknown Sources option. Then I found that this seems to be AT&T specific: http://www.droid-life.com/2010/07/01/att-hates-supporting-the-android-market/ Is this correct? Are all AT&T Android devices "market-locked"?
