Get the features from WP7 & iPhone like: -builtin trial API (WP7) -in-app purchases (iOS) -subscription model (iOS) -adaptive video-streaming (iOS/WP7) -standard GUI components that look good: tables, dialogs, progressbars ++(iOS/WP7) -market console that works, and provides a graph over DL statistics (iOS)
Android got more than enough users to be attractive to developers but the developers are left with a hopeless market that is badly coded (buggy console) and has a bad GUI (new layout takes 50% of screen estate just so someone could show their graphics skills). I believe we will get a good market eventually but it is taking painfully long...
