This is a very simple app the code pretty much borrowed from the NoteEditor tutorial.
The names were changed to prescription and time. It inputs the prescriptions and time of day, and presents them in time order, also sorted by prescription. Here is a forum post about it with a download link. If it were in the market it would be free app I belive anyway, I did it for myself, not really to make any money.
