Suppose I hired a designer that is not an Android developer. What tools would I have them use for layouts?
One option is to install Eclipse, the SDK, and use the layout editor there. Another is DroidDraw. Sounds good, but I just noticed that you can't preview custom backgrounds, which is just the sort of artsy thing a designer would want to do. What would you use?
