This thread is funny John, thanks for starting it...

I get this one sometimes: "I will rate 5 stars if you create a
widget".

First of all, I am not sure I even want to publish a widget for my
app, it doesn't really fit my needs.

Second of all, do you think I am going to do a ton of work to support
one small feature, just to get your "glorious 5 star review"? I have
a ton of 5 star reviews from my existing users, which is fine with
me.

It is just not worth it to me to put a ton of work into something I
don't want to do, to get one more 5 star review.

I do make an effort to answer all user comments, as I think it
reflects positively on my app (which is good for me). Sometimes, I
really do have to grit my teeth and remember "The customer is always
right".
