It starts four days after the Game Developer's Conference ends, which I am attending, and which is too long for me to stay, so there was just about a 0% chance that I'd want to try to make it there myself. Not sure why I'm going to GDC this year, except out of habit. My background is in casual games, so I'm used to being at GDC, but it's probably less relevant now that I'm more focused on Android/iPhone. But I bet the AnDevCon is going to be lighter than it could have been on out-of-state game developers because of that proximity.
