I just started getting phone calls from users regarding billing issues.  I 
did not publish my phone number in my app info when publishing my apps, but 
I did provide my phone number for my Google Checkout account because it was 
required.  I now am receiving phone calls from users when their billing 
fails, which I have no power to do anything about.  Did Google change the 
information provided to users to include all of the information I provided 
in my Google Checkout account, or did I just happen to start getting these 
calls now?  I had no idea that users were being given my personal number 
that I provided for my account.  Anyone else having this issue?
