Same thing here. It: - either displays a 404 - or fails to load the app list and says try later - or tells me that I'm not the owner of of my apps
And the problem is apparently not transient. It's been like this for a day or two, sometimes it worked sometimes it didn't, but it's getting worse now, I haven't been able to access the console every time I tried today.
