I know this is of little comfort, but not everyone works 7 days a week, so getting a complex issue like this resolved over a weekend isn't likely. The other thing to consider is it may be a case of going forward will provide a faster resolution than trying to go back. We know that whatever change was made has fluffed up, but we don't know what was changed.
