Well, I must say I got this one wrong.

There I go, thinking this was one more user that thought they would be
automatically charged when their DEMO expired.

Turns out the phone went missing and then the phone thief bought the
app with her account. I'm not all powerful enough to remotely wipe the
app, but I did at least reverse the charge.

I don't condone stealing phones just to get my app. I see why some
people are uptight about using Google Checkout with their phone.
