No joke, how would you even find an email to send a support question to? After a good amount of digging, I was able to find a "Contact Us" page, where I could submit (via a form) some support queries. None of the selections available related to the market console, managing a developer account, or discussing inappropriate comments (which is my primary concern).
I know not to expect a response even if I were to submit a question - but even if I wanted to, there isn't a place where I could submit my particular concern.
