I think a lot of that is based off

http://developer.android.com/resources/dashboard/platform-versions.html

which shows honeycomb at 0.2%. That should put it between 2.0.1 and
2.3 but it isn't listed at all.
Maybe the honeycomb market is developed by a different isolated group
that can not communicate with the outside world
and that is why it isn't showing up correctly.
