Besides, I don't really know a way to "jump on issues" that would make
any difference to what the market team does.

None of the features they mentioned were about improving the user
experience for downloads. That's what I want. I wouldn't mind so much
if I weren't taking the blame for their problems. Are they going to
remove all the "Can't download" comments on my paid app? Are they
going to reimburse for all the cancelled orders? If a download is
failing, simply tell the user that.

While I do understand the idea, I do not have the luxury of simply
working on cool new features for my app while neglecting usability and
defects in existing features. I have to cover both. So should they.

A whole bunch of new featured lists may or may not improve my revenue.
Guess it depends if I'm on them. Improving the download experience
definitely would, by at least 5 or maybe 10%.
