It doesn't take 3.0 to make an app compatible with phones and tablets. (And in fact, "radar now!" is the only app I have that still doesn't fill the screen or rotate properly. The vast majority of apps use the recommended layout methods introduced way way back in 1.6 to handle scaling without issues..)
