@Cory If the suit is over technologies you in no way use, I'd think it would be worth your while to pay for an hour (or less) of a patent lawyer's time to draft a response letter stating that in no uncertain terms.
Chances are LodSys will just drop it in your case. You could do nothing and just wait for a real suit to respond and ask for summary judgement, but I'd think it might be worth $100 to $200 to sleep better at night. If you are *really* pissed though you could try to start a movement to bring all the app developers together and pool your money to go after these clowns. Individually you are small but if even 20% of all app developers threw in $100 I bet you could create quite a war chest...
