Mine does that. I think almost all of them (by developers who read the
proper docs) do. :)

They're claiming to have patented hyperlinks? That's a good one.

Did they actually sue, or just threaten you? I still think you should
photocopy what they sent. If they DID sue you again, it could
potentially show bad faith on their part? (IANAL)
