There are threads in the Market "support" forum about this. Apparently
Google has switched things up in the web and new Market client to display
what they perceived to be the "most relevant" reviews for a given app.
Presumably, these are ones that were marked "helpful" by others.

Of course, now this means that brand new reviews get pushed to the bottom,
where they won't be seen and can't be "up-voted", making it seem like they
don't appear when the user posts them. Meanwhile old, out-dated comments
from months ago that no longer apply (bugs that were fixed, features that
were added) can now show up first, giving a completely invalid perception of
the app.

Market team strikes again.
