Apparently you can get phone support as a user. Please let us know
how that goes.
Phone support not needed, I'm just a "regular" person, not a
developer. That said, I did see there are a number of known issues,
and at least one applies to my problems:
* Applications missing from "My Apps" We're aware of reports from
some users that several applications are missing under "My Apps" on
their devices, and we're currently looking into the issue.
My app count jumps randomly from about 54 to 90+ and back, and I
don't see them at ALL when it's showing the lower number. At least I
know it's not ME :) I didn't see if the problem where My Apps shows
at least 2 apps as not installed really ARE installed and working
fine. I'll report that one.
